On your PE day(s) please do your daily warm-up on gym days then pick one or more of the following activities and describe what you did on the PE Log Form. All activities must be supervised by a parent or guardian. ***To send log back Just click on one of spreadsheet to access log*** JeffersonPElog OR DOC4IPAD which can be sent back via email at the end of the week.
